This sweet little studio cottage is fully renovated for a folky, witchy feeling! Folklore cottage has one queen bed,
full bathroom, and sitting area. Private outdoor screen tent with picnic table, Adirondack chairs and private BBQ outside. Yard is private and separate from other cottages. Perfect for those that do daily outings and need a comfy, central place to rest.

Air conditioned with room fans also provided; the cottage is cool and comfortable in summer. Linens and towels all provided (sheets 100% cotton). Fully stocked kitchenette with lots of room for simple meal prep and breakfasts.

​Lots of games, books and puzzles for downtime, as well as Starlink WIFI with mesh routers for excellent speeds/reliability, small flat screen Roku tv for streaming your favorites (note: there is no cable). Pristine St. Ann's Bay beach is across the road is perfect for swimming, fishing and sunset walks, kayaks, paddle boards and more.

Within walking distance of the amazing Gaelic College and its museum, gift shop, weekly music and summer classes and the Lobster Galley Restaurant is just across the highway. You are at the start of the Cabot Trail as soon as you leave the driveway. Baddeck is just 12 minutes away.
