A place to relax after your travels! This cozy studio style
cottage is one of three fully renovated rentals near one another. Each cottage has a private outdoor area and/or screened porch and parking for one car. Additional parking is available below if you have any trailers/ bikes. Note that these cottages are on a steep but well maintained driveway; AWD is suggested. Fox Cottage has one queen bed, a breakfast table and kitchenette with microwave, fridge/freezer (medium sized), toaster, countertop burner and sink. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking items - just bring food! Dish soap/food wrap, etc. provided. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens and towels always provided. Shampoo/conditioner and locally made goat soap for every stay. Air Conditioning window unit will cool to any temperature and a fan is also available in the cottage. A mounted flat screen TV has a Chromecast for streaming all your favorites (note: there is no cable). An outdoor screen tent is beside the cottage and a private BBQ is provided. The property has Starlink WIFI with a mesh routers in each cottage for excellent and reliable service. Sorry, Folklore Cottage does not allow pets but Forest Cottage allows pups! 2 night minimum booking, please. Pristine St. Ann's Bay beach across the road is perfect for swimming, fishing and walks. 12 minutes from beautiful Baddeck for supplies, laundry, more restaurants and events, 25 minutes from North Sydney's Superstore and more. The property is central for day trips all over the island and is especially perfect for doing the Cabot Trail. We are within walking distance of the amazing Gaelic College and it's museum, gift shop, weekly music and summer classes. Larger party?
